Kurrajong

Project Year: 2016

Location: Frankston South

This internal refit project ingeniously repurposes the existing footprint of a home to accommodate the evolving needs of a growing family. By reimagining the layout, we were able to create an additional bedroom, offering more space and flexibility without the need for an extension.

Our design approach focused on maximizing every square meter, ensuring that each area of the home serves a purpose. The new bedroom provides a comfortable and inviting space for the family, while the rest of the home maintains its functionality and flow.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can enhance a home’s livability, making it a perfect fit for the family’s current and future needs.

Key Features:

Optimized Layout: Efficient use of existing space to create an extra bedroom.

Enhanced Livability: Improved functionality and flow throughout the home.

Family-Focused Design: Thoughtful updates to meet the needs of a growing family.
